There are places in this world that people drive past every day without being aware of them.  Many of these places can only be seen from a small boat.  I have spent many days exploring these wondrous places that are right under our noses, hidden in plain sight.  All you need is a boat and a little initiative.

One of the many things you see when rowing is great old architecture.  This is  a building in Fredericksburg on the Rappahannock river.  It was once a municipal building of some sort.  Now it appears to be privatly owned.  You cn see by the water marks on the building that this river does occasionally flood
